Finding a History Record (By Customer)You may have a need to find a history record but only know the customer's last name. Use the following procedure. To find a history record (by customer's last name): 1. Click the Estimate (or Repair Order, or Invoice) icon. The Customer Screen displays. 2. Select a customer. 3. Click the History tab. All history records (posted invoices) for the customer display in the grid. See also...
